Shredder is unreliable
Have only had the shredder for a little over a month, long enough for me to think throwing away the box was a good idea. Wrong. After less then 2 months of occasional use it now stops, and it os NOT overheated. Or it will not continue in forward motion,.only reverse. Which does no good. As I threw a...
Customers say
Overall sentiment is mostly positive, with many reviewers praising fast cross-cut shredding, very small/confetti-like output for security, and convenient drawer-style bin emptying. A smaller share of reviews mention louder-than-expected operation, occasional jams or reduced sheet capacity, and a few serious reliability/accuracy issues (including overheating/stalling and missing advertised features).

Buy far the Best!
I've owned several shredders including name brands and this is by far one of the best shredders I've purchased. Paper is shredded into bits making anything unrecognizable. I hope it lasts but if I need to get another one as long as the quality is the same I would definitely buy this again. Very pleased with my purchase
Great shredder at a good price

Comments about Berkley Jensen 10 Sheet Microcut Shredder
I like how small it cuts up the paper and that you don't have to take the heavy top off to open the shredded paper bin to empty it. The top stays in place and you slide the bin out like a drawer to empty it, and it's small enough to fit under my desk.

Comments about Berkley Jensen 10 Sheet Microcut Shredder
Excellent for security; this shredder turns paper into unreadable pieces. The bin holds more than you think it would and is very easy to empty. The shredder is a bit loud, a little slow, and if you push it too hard, you'll have to wait a while for it to cool down. If you are looking for a light use home shredder, this one should meet your needs.
Best Shredder Ever

Comments about Berkley Jensen 10 Sheet Microcut Shredder
I absolutely love this shredder. It is every bit as good if not better than my old one. It is much quieter than my previous shredder. I have had no problem with it overheating and having to stop my project. Thank you!

This product makes this task so efficient and easy, as well as confident that I am confident that my personal information is pulverized beyond recognition, without having to think about how I place the paper into the feeder. I also like very much the slide out drawer for disposal. It is one of my best product choices.
