I love to make my pancakes from scratch using Bisquick .. sooooo much better tasting than the mix I grew up with in the red box. And the biscuits and waffles are delicious too ... I highly recommend you trying it for yourself ... I doubt you will be disappointed.

Never purchased this before. First time making I did a double batch, well let's say with these cooking and raising bigger then they were we didn't need a double batch! A single batch makes enough. We are only two people but the first time it made 12 pancakes, after each eating three we were full, so saved the other six and had them couple days later heated thru the microwave. Just as tasty as when I cooked originally. So lets say when I get thru the box maybe three months or more it was well worth it.
