I just love shopping at bjs
So these gift cards work great as gifts and I buy them for myself and stick them in my purse. So when I see someone I need or want or if it's a good sale I don't go into the budget. The only thing is the stuff at my Clermont bjs are not all trained on how to use them so when I go at times I have to ...

Digital Gift Card
I order the digital gift card because I don't want to have to wait for the physical card to arrive in the mail. The email comes pretty quickly but unless you can print it out before you go to the warehouse, you can't even use it. It's misleading to not be able to just show the digital card from my s...
Customers say
Overall sentiment is mostly positive, with many reviewers finding BJ’s gift cards convenient as a flexible “like cash” option and easy to redeem in-store. However, a significant share of reviews complain about delivery delays or missing/incorrect digital cards, occasional redemption/payment issues (including needing printing or manager overrides), and even rare account/security and balance problems.

We became members of the newly opened Whippany, NJ store. Good product selection, clean and great prices. Picked up online delivery in the store- which was smooth without any hassles.
Good luck
I don't understand why they make it so hard to get a gift card. If you need help finding your gift card, that's gonna be even harder! Their customer service is absolutely terrible and now I have a new vision of BJ's that I never had… just go and pick up your card if you want to get it.
Absolute garbage!
For over a week now I've been arguing with hands down the WORST customer service! I never thought I'd find something I dislike more than Spectrum! Still no cards, Still no tracking!!!!
