The sofa looks and feels great! It was perfect for my living
Couch was fine
Verified Buyer
The couch is fine. Customer service is not. While it wasn't BJ"S fault that we didn't receive all the parts of the couch customer service did nothing to help us find the missing parts. We talked to several people in customer service including supervisors and were told we would receive an answer and never received any feed back from them. We had to cancel Christmas parties because we had a part of a couch sitting in our living room.
Member Care Response
Hi there! We would like to extend our sincerest apologies for any trouble you may have encountered with the item. We value your patience and understanding during this process. We are actively communicating with you via email to resolve the issue. Thank you.
Missing pieces
Part of the couch is missing. Bjs has not been helpful at all locating the pieces for over a week. They will not send a new set. The pieces we did receive are very hard to assemble and very firm.
Great sectional
Verified Buyer
We love it! It's easy to assemble. The boxes are well packed. It can become a big bed if we pull the middle section and recliner out.
Hard as a rock
This sectional is anything but relaxing. It is hard as a rock and we couldn't even get one of the arm pieces attached. It is in the process of being returned.
Update
Verified Buyer
I posted how pleased I was with this sofa and I still am, however my family noticed damage when they unboxed the recliner section and took a picture for me to send to the company to see if they would send a patch. I didn't know how to post the picture they took from the text. It is on one corner of the back, so is not at all noticeable. It appears it just rubbed against the packing box during shipping. The pieces are very heavy. It certainly does not warrant a bad review in any way. They are just here this weekend, to show me how to include the photo.
Perfect For ELDERS
Verified Buyer
Love this sofa. It is firm and comfortable and high enough off the floor to get up without effort. I am so pleased. It is so risky ordering something sight unseen. My daughter researched and got all the measurements, seemed my best choice after shopping, finding nothing suitable, so I took the risk it would be firm enough without sinking into oblivion. Even my 9 year old great grand daughter likes it, because it sets up high and she can see the TV better in the Living Room. The recliner operation is quiet and smooth.
