Grow a kitchen garden filled with familiar favorites using Burpee’s Heirloom Garden Seeds Collection. Six individual seed packs include Roma VF Tomato, Ford hook Zucchini Summer Squash, Burpee’s Stringless Green Pod Bush Bean, Straight Eight Cucumber, California Wonder Sweet Pepper, and Sugar Daddy Pea. Harvest ingredients for homemade sauce, crisp salads, stuffed peppers, and fresh vegetables straight from your garden. Each variety brings its own flavor and uses to the table, making the collection a rewarding choice for gardeners who love to cook.
Product Features:
Fresh ingredients close at hand: A kitchen garden makes it easy to pick vegetables when you need them, whether you’re slicing cucumbers for lunch, adding beans to dinner, or making sauce from homegrown tomatoes
Roma VF tomato: Make the most of homemade sauces and pastes with meaty tomatoes that have few seeds. These compact plants resist verticillium and fusarium wilts
Ford hook zucchini summer squash: Harvest dark-green zucchini with tender, creamy-white flesh when the fruits reach 6" – 8". This Burpee-Bred heirloom is an All-America Selections winner
Burpee’s stringless green pod bush bean: Pick crisp, juicy, approximately 6" pods from self-supporting plants. Their stringless texture makes them easy to prepare for steaming or sautéing.
Straight eight cucumber: slice into cool, firm cucumbers with a bright taste. Pick this All-America Selections winner at about 8 inches for its best flavor and texture
California wonder sweet pepper: Grow thick-walled, flavorful heirloom bell peppers with a blocky shape that’s especially well suited for stuffing
Sugar daddy pea: Enjoy deep-green, edible snap pea pods without the strings. Grow 3" pods on compact vines, ready to harvest about 60–65 days after sowing
Grow varieties with a story: Heirloom seeds let you grow vegetables valued by gardeners across generations, bringing familiar flavors and gardening traditions to your own backyard
Includes Roma VF tomato seeds, Fordhook Zucchini summer squash seeds, Burpee’s stringless green pod bush bean seeds, Straight Eight cucumber seeds, California Wonder sweet pepper seeds, and Sugar Daddy pea seeds
