Need help choosing the right sized turkey for your gathering? No problem. We recommend about 2 lbs. per adult and 1 lb. per child. You’ll want to get a little extra for leftovers. Don’t forget to set aside time and space for thawing your frozen whole turkey. For best results, plan for one day per 4 lbs. of turkey to thaw in your fridge. Never thaw at room temperature.
