Classically styled with a polished stainless steel exterior and a satin finished interior, the Calphalon Tri-Ply Stainless Steel 3-qt. Saute Pan is designed with three layers to ensure even, consistent heating. A heavy-gauge aluminum core surrounded by stainless steel provides excellent heat conduction for browning and searing, while giving you enhanced control of the cooking process. These stainless steel pans have wide, flat cooking surfaces is ideal for searing and sauteing meats, fish and poultry. Low sides allow air to circulate so that foods remain crisp, yet are tall enough to contain liquids and prevent splattering. Includes tempered glass cover.
