Love the grill have had for several years and would like some replacement parts....website difficult can't get item numbers for replacement parts ..grill was kept inside well taken care of would like to replace burners ans sear burner and correct heat tents for all burners.

I purchase this grill quite some time ago and have already replaced internal components at least once. But it has been a good solid and easy to maintain grill. I'm about ready to order some different replacement parts to keep this one going another 5+ years. Thanks CharBroil for making a quality grill!

Had to replace the burners and igniter after only 2 months used it 8 times and when I tryed to get a replacement under the warranty the char broil company made me dump through so many hoops they wanted information that was impossible to get..instead of just using my receipt from where I purchased it

I have had this grill for about 6 months and it is already junk. Does not get hot, takes forever to cook anything, has minimal hot spots. What a waste of money. Go out and get a Weber.

What an awesome grill. Looking forward to grilling for the next 14 years, which is how long my previous CharBroil lasted

I would have loved to add pictures of how I received the grill on day one but the website doesn't have the option to add pictures from what I can see. Day one ordered the grill, received a damaged box, opened it and one of the hose valve regulators was broken (this item comes attached to the firebox) and the warm rack was bent + one of the cooking grates was missing. I reached out to char broil and they sent a replacement. It took me more than 2 hours to replace the hose valve regulators. Recently the heat tents that come over the burners starting falling over since they aren't reaching from one end to the other, and found out that it's due to the fact that the heat made the firebox expand and made the cooking grates wobbly. I reached out to CharBroil and they said that they'll send me new parts. to my surprise the items arrived and the firebox in addition to the other parts were just thrown in a big box with no bubble wrap or foam so they won't get damaged. The firebox had a dent in it. and surprisingly they only send the firebox without the burners and valve regulators attached to it. And now they expect me again to take the whole thing apart and use the old parts from the dented firebox to add to the new firebox. This is how badly you get treated and they won't accept to return the grill since it's been used and passed the 3 days. watch out for what you're buying

This is our 2nd Char-broil gas grill. First one lasted over a decade. It's built well, easy to use, performs very well. We use this baby all year long. I will stick with this brand.

Cooking with it over two years now. Some parts in the burner are coming out and worn but still working fine after cleaning. I've noticed some huge mistakes in the French words on the searing side that need to be corrected.

Used the product for the 4th of July weekend and cooked the best chicken, hamburgers and hotdogs. Easy cleaning and the cover really protects the grill when raining. Love it

Bought sight unseen 6/28/2023(last one in the box at store) and based on most of the positive reviews. It wasn't as easy to assemble as most of the reviewers had commented. Mine was missing the back and I'm disappointed at the overall quality and thickness of the stainless steel (made in China).What really threw up a red flag was the WARNING: This product contains chemicals,including lead and lead compounds....wash your hands after handling this product...Haven't used it yet and will return to store after I assembled it.
