The product works as advertised. Great for making a dozen steamed eggs, (Soft boiled only cook 5 mins and by the time the pressure releases, they are perfect). The yogurt function works really well and we use it a lot for this. (use just a little less whole milk than suggested for thicker yogurt). Pressure cooker worked great for vegetables and stew. Runs a little hot at the normal setting for soup, but you can lower that manually. Most important in our home is the rice function. I have only made jasmine and sweet rice so far, but both came out perfect. I have not found anything it is not good for yet. Now the books that come with it can be a bit tricky, but found a lot of help online with some missing steps for the rice pudding. Also had to contact customer service for the company about finding something to raise up the interior grate to set the eggs on when they were cooking and they were absolutely the best at service and speed of contact/recontact. They even suggested a part from the Insta-pot that worked great for what I needed. They were so easy to talk to and really friendly too! Not used to getting a great product AND great customer service at the same time. So, suggestion, Just buy it!

This is my first electric pressure cooker and I was hastitated. I was worry about the safety but it was actually very easy and safe to use! I had since used for whole chicken broth, ribs, porridge, rice, whole cabbage ... all so amazing results. I was worried that the rice might stick to the pot at first because it's stainless pot but it didn't stick at all. I am glad that I don't have to worry about any toxic coating. I am so happy with the quality and size of this cooker.
