Unfortunately I had high hopes for this machine as I have a dash popcorn maker and we still use it but this ice cream maker just made us milkshake. I tried a few recipes…. I even switched brands of heavy cream but nothing helped the machine make ice cream. The most I got out of it was Oreo pudding that was a little like soft serve because I put the whole box of pudding in the recipe. And what's the point of an ice cream maker if it only works with some sort of pudding mix which is full of chemicals. And storing the ice cream bowl in the freezer for 24 hours takes too much space and time. So if you forget to put it in the freezer then no ice cream for 24 hours. And you have to chill the ingredients too so that's also a lot of work. Not a practical ice cream maker.

Advertisement is totally accurate. The Ice Cream maker does what it is supposed to in the amount of time that is advertised. Ice cream is soft, taste wonderful and freezes well without turning to ice crystals. Best appliance I have purchased in YEARS!!

A lot of prep work, but the ice cream it's self was hard to get it to gravitate out, fine for a couple little ones , but really a family friendly product.
Returned with in 30 hours.
Followed the recipe. The mix was far more solid coming out of the fridge after 10 hours vs churning in the frozen bowl for two hours. Don't waist your time.
