Excellent choice for a toothless dog!
I adopted my Toy Poodle "best friend" approx. 5.5 yrs ago. She was strictly a puppy-producer at a deplorable Alabama puppy mill raided by the FBI. Not the pets first choice!
For whatever the reason, our mini dachshund was not particularly enjoying the mix. Not sure why, so can't give it a thumbs up here!
Customers say
Overall sentiment is mostly positive, with many reviewers saying their dogs love the taste and it works well for picky eaters or as a topper. The main drawbacks mentioned are occasional dogs not liking it, concerns about soft-food effects on teeth, and some shoppers finding it pricey or wishing for better shelf life.

Maltipoo's and most white Maltese type dogs have allergies to chicken. I buy the beef & eggs. My dog is 15 pounds, yes he needs to lose some weight, but that's because I give him too much and I add dry food. Fresh pet are all food foods that do not have cereal or fillers.

Fresh pet for small dogs, beef, and egg, is really good! The downside is that the Grand Prairie store does not always have it in stock

Our senior dog, Cotton, only has six teeth remaining after several surgical removals. He really enjoys the smell and taste of Freshpet products and gets super excited for the experience.
