Nutrition is hard sometimes - keeping on top of all the nutrients you need to get into your diet, especially when protein is concerned, is a serious issue, and as the economy barrels ever downward, that makes affording anything other than some basic mac & cheese harder and harder. Well, this stuff is a perfect middle ground - the taste and guilty goodness of mac & cheese, with the nutrition and satiety of an incredibly balanced diet. Stack this with a multivitamin and plenty of water, and you could eat it every day!.. Maybe. I dunno', I'm not a doctor. It just tastes excellent, has no crap in it, and is very filling. That's more than I can say for most things nowadays.
