I am fed up with the cheap crap that Bjs sells from other venders. Returning for sure.

    Customers say

Overall sentiment is strongly positive, with most reviewers praising fast boiling, ease of use, and convenient safety features like automatic shutoff. A small number of reports mention shipping/packaging issues or an initial delay before heating, but overall performance and everyday usability are repeatedly highlighted.

I also car for my 96 year old mother who would like to fix her own tea, but we have always been afraid of hot water burning her from the open tea pit or sauce pot that she looks to use.
