Installation and wiring of ceiling fan to existing electrical box (must have power and working controls) up to 15 feet
Installation of down rod extension, replacement wall switch, reinforcing kit if required by customer or local code (up to number of fixtures purchased)
Test to ensure proper operation of ceiling fan and remote (if applicable)
Final installer / customer walk-through of project
Final clean up of job site
This Handy service does not include:
Structural modifications
Commercial installations
Installation where wiring is not already existing
Moving any heavy or large furniture or other household items
