We had been looking for weeks for an attractive and reasonably priced fire table set. Happened upon this one at BJ's and couldn't be happier with our purchase. The chairs and sofa are elegant and very comfortable. They're a huge step up from our previous set. The fire table is also attractive and well made. We love the pullout for the propane tank. It makes it much easier to turn the tank on and off. The fire table works well and has warmed up some cool nights we had recently. Highly recommend this. The only hassle is the need to pick the large boxes up from the nearest store rather than have BJ's provide a delivery option.

Ordered my product late at night trying to get in for the sale price well that one sold out quickly so i opted for another. At the end i saw the above picture and thought i was getting a great price on a outdoor furniture set. Nope! It was to build my gazebo and i didn't realize until someone called me. They couldn't build it the day they were scheduled bc i didn't have the product yet. Made 3 different appointments. Cancelled 1st time 50 minutes b4 appt. Pro emergency? 2nd time never showed up. No call. I called them. Said he was 1 1/2 hrs late. For a 09:30am appt?He then still never showed. No message. Then called customer service again. They now said it was cancelled because he went home sick. Rescheduled for today. Got a message 45 minutes b4 appt. Rescheduled again. Another emergency? Cancelled my order at this point and I hold BJ's just as accountable. 0 accountability. Have to mail receipt and refund will be mailed. I hope.
