Customers say
Overall sentiment is mostly positive, with many reviewers praising the rich chocolate flavor, smooth melt, and the convenience of using the syrup/chocolate for drinks and desserts. That said, some customers report quality or consistency issues (especially syrup thickness and flavor intensity), occasional off tastes (e.g., dark not dark enough or cherry flavors overpowering), and value/price concerns.

Great deal on two big bottles of chocolate syrup. My husband would have a fit if he didn't have his chocolate syrup for his ice cream
