    Customers say

Overall sentiment is mostly positive, with many reviewers enjoying the chocolate variety and taste for snacking, baking, and desserts like ice cream and chocolate milk. That said, a noticeable minority complain about syrup thickness changing over time, some batches tasting off (sometimes described as cough syrup/“fake” or with off smells), and pricing/value or texture issues.
