I have bought this product for years, but lately the strips have been uneven. Wide at one end and narrow at the other. So they cook unevenly. They used to be nice strips that cooked evenly.

I have bought this twice hoping for better results, but nope. As a single person, I love the concept of 4 slices at a time. I used to buy the full pan with 8 slices, but my store only carries this now. The directions are 2-2.5 min for thawed. I started at 2 and the bacon is partially cooked, but greasy with soggy parts requiring a stovetop finish. 2.25 min resulted in half cooked and 1-2 slices charred. 2.5 min is inedible. I tried this again adjusting my microwave to 80%. Similar results with more sogginess. I really wanted this to work. I did buy it again, but just cooked the slices on the stove vs microwave. The individual packets allowed me to do that. Nice try, HORMEL!

There is plenty of bacon in the box and it appears expensive but in reality it is cheaper in the long run if you do the calculations.
