Customers say
Overall sentiment is mostly positive, with reviewers praising the crisp, fresh-tasting crackers and the convenience of the individual snack packs for on-the-go munching. The main drawbacks are that some packs skew too heavily toward peanut butter, a number of people find the crackers leave their mouth feeling dry, and there are occasional quality issues like broken/crushed or odd-looking crackers.

I buy these crackers all the time. I bought a pack about 3 weeks ago and didn't realize until I got home that a pack of crackers were missing from the pack. The wrapper was not broken so it must been packed wrong and missed during quality control.
Freshness at a great price
