This outstanding monitor has a fantastic screen. Initially, it had some issues, but everything was resolved after I adjusted the settings. I haven't been disappointed at all. LG remains my favorite brand for monitors.

I like the split screen feature where I can have an email open with a bill due and also be logged in to my banks account to pay bills. I'm still adjusting to the fact that when I am watching TV or a You Tube video, when in "full screen" mode I see 3-inch black borders on each side of the monitor. Is there a way to adjust this??

Hey! So awesome to hear that you're loving your UltraWide Monitor and reaping all the fantastic benefits it offers! Those black borders in "Full Screen" mode are simply due to the original video's aspect ratio format, which is commonly 16:9 for YouTube and Netflix. While your settings won't adjust this, some folks use third-party apps to tweak the aspect ratio for their screens. Just keep enjoying your monitor and all the amazing content on it! ~Ivy

the built in speakers don't work unless you use an external device which completely defeats the purpose of built in speakers

I work from home full time in IT and bought this just before a major multi-day migration of virtual machines. I don't have an easy way to set up multiple monitors and had a 32" curved monitor with lower resolution. This monitor saved my butt, I was able to work with multiple windows at a time and the 2560x1080 resolution still kept everything readable. It has a great picture and color. I don't game, but I have watched videos on it and even up to 4K looks great! I have recommended it to several friends and colleagues. I would buy it again.

Good monitor for the price. Perfect for multi-tasking. When watching full screen videos/movies there is some pixilated moments even at HD 1080p. I would still have bought it even if I knew about that. It has a lot of settings to adjust, but I don't see anything I could do to resolve this issue.
