LG 77" C5 OLED – My Everyday Review
I'm the kind of viewer who bounces between live sports, Netflix dramas, YouTube, old movies, and long gaming sessions on PS5 and Switch. After a month with the 77-inch LG C5, it's become my do-it-all champ. **Picture: Perfect. Inky blacks make night games and dark shows look incredible, colors are ...

WiFi Connectivity Issues
This TV is nice but I am having the same issues with an older model which is what made me want to upgrade in the first place. The problem is the tv disconnects from the WiFi and then struggles to connect back. This tv which is a brand spanking new 2025 model, sometimes doesn't even search for the Wi...
Customers say
Overall sentiment is mostly positive, driven by strong praise for picture quality, gaming performance, and sleek design. However, a notable minority of reviews describe serious reliability/software and connectivity frustrations (including HDMI/signal issues, streaming buffering, and device/app glitches), alongside recurring complaints that setup and the interface don’t feel truly plug-and-play.

Great TV lousy, useless remote.
Verified Reviewer

The LG TV Model OLED65C6PUA has a wonderful, bright, colorful display. I would have given it a 5 star rating except for one little, very important thing. The totally useless for me, the remote. First there were no written directions on how to use it. The directions are on the TV, but since I can't use the remote because of my tremors, those directions are useless. Just try to use the remote while someone holds your wrist and shakes your hand.

Hello Frank! We are thrilled to hear that your screen is delivering a brilliant and colorful display, even if your controller is making things a bit tricky to handle with your hand tremors! We will definitely share your feedback regarding remote usability and setup instructions with our product team. This thing is HUGE!! I love all the features of the tv. Setup was a breeze and we had it up on the wall and working in no time! It was a little heavy for my liking but I think it'll be a tv we could use for years to come
Outstanding picture with smart Ai

The picture quality is outstanding on this tv. It's crisp and clear. The standard setting was a little too bright for my 50 year old eyes, but you can easily customize the picture mode for contrast, color, and vibrancy. Set up was easy but you need two people for lifting the tv. I was nervous about the center base support but it seems really sturdy. If you are not tech savvy, the smart platform dashboard can be a little overwhelming with so many options. I recommend setting up the quick settings menu for faster access to your favorite apps. My previous tv had a lot of glare in the daytime, and I'm not seeing much with this tv. The LG channels are great and you really don't need cable. Im really happy with this TV and glad I got it. There are so many options and I learn something new each day. This review was submitted as part of a program that provides a purchase discount.
T v updated and messed up.

It updated itself and ever since the update. I have a read line that every time you change the channel. It appears and also when you change the page on the t v guide, it leaves out a whole page of channels . Not happy at all with this very expensive t v. Thank goodness it's not been a whole year and there is still a warranty through lg and I'm waiting to hear when they can come out. And fix it.
Awful service experience

excruciatingly painful customer service. We have been dealing with repairs for 8 months and they refuse to listen or help us at all. I have never been so disappointed in a company in my life. Our TV is making a popping sound and they thought it was the soundbar. After months of repairing and sending in the soundbar they couldn't fix it and gave us our money back to buy new. Then found out it was the tv. LG sent a technician out to repair. They guessed at the parts and didnt test when they were done. Still left with the popping sound after all this time. Then the service company said there was nothing more they could do and LG will not help us at all
