The best message chair. I bought 3 for me, family and friend.

Excellent functionality. Great value. Delivered and set up. It's an excellent chair though the control panel is not back lit and requires another light source to see the buttons. Best money ever spent on an item that delivers excellent massages. This chair was an upgrade from my first chair which was a 2D model. If you go to a massage therapist, (I did for years) you should seriously consider getting this chair. Compared to other 4D chairs, this was a steal. Thousands less.

Great massage chair and works as advertised. Hope it will last long time. so far used couple times. The only thing is delivery time took 19 days from the order date. I wish it could be delivered sooner. #sweepstakes

We are very pleased with this purchase from BJ's. It was delivered yesterday. Both my husband and I tried it and OMG it's everything we wanted in a massage chair. Very good quality and lots of options to choose from. BJ's made this so easy to order and it was delivered within 2 1/2 weeks from ordering it on-line.

So far so good. The white gloves delivery was quick and awesome. They did everything. The control has all the lights on no issues. So far so good enjoyed every bit. Too bad I can't find a control app to control it.

We bought this to replace a 10 year old Panasonic chair we loved. This chair is MUCH better. Back heat, 10 preprogrammed choices along with a handful of manual settings gives you everything you need to relax part, or all, of your body. If you set each option at maximum intensity it feels like it can squish you like a grape, it's that powerful. Bluetooth speakers are a nice touch, and you can even charge your phone wirelessly or through the USB port. Chair can be controlled via the touchscreen on the left arm or the bottons/dial on the right. The instruction booklet is fair, but you really need to play around with the chair to fully understand what it is capable of. Part of the touchscreen is not designed to light up, so it is difficult to see in the dark. The plastic shell is contemporary looking, but I wouldn't put too much weight on it or it might crack. Very easy to setup, but our delivery came with "white glove" service at no additional cost where the guys unpacked it, brought it inside and set it up. It's a heavy chair so we appreciated the additional service.

i use the product daily. It has issues. The Charging port will not work with a cover on the phone. The Control screen has no backlight so information can not be seen in low light.

Excellent functions. Several pre-programmed massage options or manually select what you prefer. Read the manual you will not have a problem. One drawback - display is not backlit so we have a tiny keychain flashlight next to the chair - easy fix!

Device is a good looking chair, fits well with my other equipment. Can't wait to get started my body needs to be relaxed. Will give you updates when I get started.
