Great grey coverage and looks natural

Great grey coverage. Comes with protective primer to put on the ends of your hair so color doesn't collect there and get darker each time you color. Choice of applicators, the comb one actually works really well. They give a nice tube of conditioner that lasts awhile, but it smells like roses or som...

Good hair dye, needs quality control

Use in between salon visits. Dye works great! The tube of hair conditioner that comes with the box of color splits open This has happened on two of the boxes of color I've used. It's very annoying to clean up. I have my own conditioner, of course. However, L'Oreal needs to get a new provider for the...

    Customers say

Overall sentiment is mostly positive, with many reviewers praising strong gray coverage, natural-looking results, and easy at-home application. A few recurring issues include irritation (red eyes/breakouts), occasional shade turning darker than expected, and a conditioner tube arriving split in the box.

I have to touch up every 5-6 weeks so I can't afford to do it at a salon. This does a great job at covering my grays & I don't have any reactions to it. #sweepstakes

I use this to cover my grey hair. I like the product because it makes my hair feel and looks healthy. However the medium brown turned out almost black! Too dark for me! I have a second box (comes in a 2 pack) so I will try leaving on only 20 minutes.
