Delicious
Very delicious sausage, not too spicy, not too garlicy. Ingredients are fine compared to the alternatives. Noticed, though when cooked on the grill they turn a bit salty. I prefer to cook them on the frying pan or Bavaria style ( boil for 15 minutes in beer and then brown them on the stove).

We usually buy our chorizo from the grocery store, but it is from Hatfield meat that is local and it has great flavor. When our grocery store was out I noticed that BJ's had this and we had it a shot. I could tell immediately that it was filled with fat as may pieces would not break down with a spat...

There is nothing and I mean nothing that makes an asado a real asado like authentic Argentine sausage. The char on the casing, the snap when you bite into, the taste that transports you back to parrilladas that go in for hours with friends and family. Cooke these up, grab a nice crusty but soft roll, toss some chimmichurri and you are in the middle of Argentina from your back yard - the ferment practically pours itself.
