Without buying, then having a lab draw and test one's blood to obtain the relevant numbers before and after product use, how can we know how to evaluate this product? I will say that it's easy to take since the gel pills are small and easy to swallow. They're an attractive gold color. I was told my vitamin D level was low by my doctor, after a bloodwork exam, so I started to take this as a hopeful remedy. Time will tell after my next blood exam in January 2027.
