Amazing
These are hands-down the best apples I've ever bought. They are so good that I actually looked them up (I'd never heard of Snapdragon apples before) - they were selectively bred by Cornell University, from the parent apple type Honeycrisp (this was my favorite before I discovered Snapdragon), which...

These apples are as hard as a rock! Purchased over 2 wks ago and they are still way to hard to eat out of The SnapDragon apples were not cooked and as soft as the other applies. Customers say
Overall sentiment is mostly positive, with many reviewers highlighting the apples’ crisp texture and sweet, juicy flavor for everyday snacking. A smaller set of reviews report apples arriving too hard/mealy or tasting bland and less sweet than expected, plus some issues with bruising or smaller/baggier produce in certain purchases.

Even though red delicious are my favorite the snapdragon apples are close in line. They are the crisper than any other and almost as sweet.

I love a crisp tart apple and this one fits the bill perfectly. These days, grocery stores offer two basic choices..ginormous apples individually sold, or small snack-size in 3 pound bags that might be good for an 8 year old bit small for an adult apple lover. So it was a pleasant surprise to find these apples at just the right size and with great crunch and just enough tartness to make for a neat perfect apple!
