Not effective enough
The first night I took this product as recommended. It didn't work any better than taking just melatonin (aprox. 4 hours of sleep). The second night I doubled the dose. Again, just the 4 hours of sleep. So buying straight melatonin is more cost effective than Olly Sleep.

I meant to get "Kids sleep" and grabbed this by mistake. My husband saw it on the counter and started taking it. He LOVES IT. He can't stand "melatonin" and says it gives him weird dreams. But the dose in this is so low he hasn't noticed any side effects. He said he sleeps like a baby and it's the most refreshing sleep he's had in years!
