My mom wanted a set that had 5 so she could have them set up in numerous places . They were easy to set up and good quality and sound and good price

I replaced my Panasonic landline phones with the vtechs. They were easy to setup...I had no problems in setting up phone book, Bluetooth for cell phones, and announcement for callers. I use all five phones throughout my home and all phones are working fine. The new phones use different buttons from my old phones but it did not take long to learn them. I am pleased with this purchase.

The Vtech phones were simple to set up. They have a large screen and the volume is nice and loud and easy to hear. The charging base is nice and small and are perfect for small tables.

I've had the worst luck finding phones that will work in this house. It seems it's made from concrete from roof to floor and nothing seems to get through so with a small booster in these five I can actually reach to my back bedroom with service.

After I learned that I had to change my number of rings from my service provider, it was very easy to set up. I was upset at first and then when I changed the number of rings, works great.

When I bought these phones, I had no idea that they had this feature. It screens your calls of any numbers that are not in your phonebook and ask for their name and a reason for calling. It has reduced our junk calls by at least 90%. I would have replaced my old phones long ago if I knew they had this feature.

Once i am able to work out all the high tech features of this phone set it may be very good. I don't think the instructions that come with it are complete. I am sometimes trying to answer the phone and it just doesn't put through. The phone will not allow a call unless the caller id's him/herself. Or if you have put the person in your phone book. One benefit of this feature is I have not had any spam calls at all. Before I was getting 5 to 10 spam calls every day. So it is a little early to decide if I will be able to use the system easily. I am not too high tech.

Have had the product for 2 weeks. I did not activate the answering machine or the call block features. When a call comes in (I can hear the wall phone in my kitchen ring) the cordless units start blinking on the second ring and don't start ringing until the third ring. Accessing any menu feature is slow (think IBM AT computer slow) and there are no prompts to guide you on which button to press next. Looks like BJs is once again pawning off factory reject systems to its members (not the first time I've been burned by a BJs electronics purchase). Returning this product ASAP.

Has all the features I was looking for, easy guided set up helped quite a bit. #sweepstakes
