Only printed under 10 pages and stopped working not a good printer thought it would be good for ink but not worth it

Setup is excruciatingly painful
Followed all the initial setup instructions and then downloaded the drivers via the website. At that point, it just leaves you hanging with no further instructions. It did print the test page and then I put it on the scanner for the alignment and nothing happened. Went to Printers and Scanners and the listing for the HP said "No Drivers Installed" I went thru the whole driver download process again and then this time it said "No printer Found". Tried to scan a doc and Initializing process froze up. Wasted half a day trying to figure it out loading and reloading software. Not simple like just Plug and Play and could never get both printer and scanner to work. Never had a good experience with an Hp product so why start now? Typical garbage.

The printer set ups very easy, the printer hook-up took numerous phone calls to HP, two of which were to the rudest "helpline" person I have ever dealt with. Finally called in an expert and after two and a half hours of doing whatever got it working

I have had many HP printers over the years, their products keep getting better. This printer is replacing a higher quality HP printer that I have that only lasted me one year and I spent a lot of money on it. The paper tray was not adjustable from letter to legal on that one. The paper kept moving during printing and there was no way to adjust it - the thing just stopped working after a year. I chose this model because of the paper design. No tray to worry about. It works nicely, the print quality is decent and the speed is nothing close to the other model I have but good for the money. I am happy with it overall! Super easy setup also!

Fairly easy setup. We can print from our phones or laptops. It's wonderful. And, with the tank, we are supposed to be able to print for 3 years and not need more ink. BJ's price was better than the competition. . . another plus.
