The quality of the colors, adaptive settings, etc. Is far superior to any other TV I've had. I get so many compliments whenever we have guests. The picture is so clear that sometimes you forget you're not actually in the scene. It's amazing. I suggest Amazon/jungle/rainforest Screensavers bc they absolutely transport you to that place where you can almost reach out and touch the rain. We'll played Samsung!

We love our 65" Frame TV. The picture on the TV is crystal clear. The art is a pleasure and we wake up to a view every morning. I would have liked a physical users manual as I need to read and not on a screen.

Overall, my experience with the Samsung The Frame 55" TV has been very positive. The remote is impressively responsive, and the initial setup was easy and intuitive. The sleek, frame-like design is a standout feature, giving it a more polished look than a typical TV. There are a few areas for improvement: attaching the One Connect box was more difficult than expected, the screen doesn't deliver true blacks, and Art Mode isn't as intuitive to configure as the rest of the setup. Despite those drawbacks, I'm pleased overall. A simpler connection process and a more user-friendly Art Mode would make a good experience even better.

We love our tv! The free 2 year subscription to art is a big bonus. The tv itself is great because there is no glare, which often makes it almost impossible to watch tv during the day on other tvs. I think the quality of the picture when watching tv is excellent, it is in no way affected by the matte screen. When it is off it is a beautiful piece of art that I can change on a whim.

Upgraded my 2020 50 in Frame to the 65 in Frame. Upscaling, brightness and smoothness have improved. I do wish the new AI features could be completely turned off.

If your priority is clean lifestyle aesthetics, daylight viewability, and removing TV glare from a living space, the Frame is a well-built tool that looks fantastic. But if you're trying to build a dedicated home theater for dark rooms or need a snappy gaming setup, you'll get significantly more value out of a traditional local-dimming LED or an OLED panel.
