you tube app always crashes and tv turns off(LG OS and Youtube not compatable..need more testing on OS firmwares) many customers facing this problem see reviews online..and sound system very hard to hear\not clear voice unless you have external speakers ...buy this TV only you have external speakers\sound system. i will try M7 speakers..i dont recommend this TV at this time.

We are incredibly sorry to hear that your experience has been so frustrating, and we want to help you resolve both of these issues immediately. Regarding the YouTube application causing the television to power down: webOS is natively optimized for YouTube, but a corrupted background cache can trigger a safety system reboot. webOS 25 is fully compatible with the YouTube app. Google explicitly optimizes and updates the YouTube client to support LG's webOS platform layout natively. You can often resolve this completely by navigating to Settings → General → Devices → TV Management and turning Quick Start+ to OFF, followed by a quick 60-second unplug from the wall. This forces a clean software boot and clears out the fragmented app memory. For the audio clarity, because ultra-slim TV panels have downward-firing speakers, dialogue can sometimes feel muffled depending on your room's acoustics. Before investing in external hardware, we highly recommend going to your Sound Settings and switching the sound mode to Clear Voice Pro, which uses AI to actively boost dialogue over background tracks. We want you to love your television. I bought my LG C5 65" tv in June and have been pleased with the color, brightness and the overall picture that it provides to the viewer. What I haven't been happy about is the repair that I have had to do. When the tv was first purchased, the pixel cleaning started at the time of turning off the tv (which it is supposed to do). Then the message started when I turned on the tv which is inconvenient and shouldn't be happening. In fact, the message doesn't go away even after the 10 minute process. A repair (motherboard replacement) was done with some success but now the message is again coming up when the tv is turned on. The repairman has been called once again to try to resolve.

The LG TV Model OLED65C6PUA has a wonderful, bright, colorful display. I would have given it a 5 star rating except for one little, very important thing. The totally useless for me, the remote. First there were no written directions on how to use it. The directions are on the TV, but since I can't use the remote because of my tremors, those directions are useless. Just try to use the remote while someone holds your wrist and shakes your hand.

This thing is HUGE!! I love all the features of the tv. Setup was a breeze and we had it up on the wall and working in no time! It was a little heavy for my liking but I think it'll be a tv we could use for years to come

The picture quality is outstanding on this tv. It's crisp and clear. The standard setting was a little too bright for my 50 year old eyes, but you can easily customize the picture mode for contrast, color, and vibrancy. Set up was easy but you need two people for lifting the tv. I was nervous about the center base support but it seems really sturdy. If you are not tech savvy, the smart platform dashboard can be a little overwhelming with so many options. I recommend setting up the quick settings menu for faster access to your favorite apps. My previous tv had a lot of glare in the daytime, and I'm not seeing much with this tv. The LG channels are great and you really don't need cable. Im really happy with this TV and glad I got it. There are so many options and I learn something new each day. This review was submitted as part of a program that provides a purchase discount.

It updated itself and ever since the update. I have a read line that every time you change the channel. It appears and also when you change the page on the t v guide, it leaves out a whole page of channels . Not happy at all with this very expensive t v. Thank goodness it's not been a whole year and there is still a warranty through lg and I'm waiting to hear when they can come out. And fix it.

excruciatingly painful customer service. We have been dealing with repairs for 8 months and they refuse to listen or help us at all. I have never been so disappointed in a company in my life. Our TV is making a popping sound and they thought it was the soundbar. After months of repairing and sending in the soundbar they couldn't fix it and gave us our money back to buy new. Then found out it was the tv. LG sent a technician out to repair. They guessed at the parts and didnt test when they were done. Still left with the popping sound after all this time. Then the service company said there was nothing more they could do and LG will not help us at all
