Requires sub, says can use without but lag time is 5 to 10 minutes misses most motion and capture - a better system is to have granny on a rocker on the porch yelling at the thief's to go away

They gave me 1 camera system instead of 4 camera system that I paid for. Went to swap for the correct camera system and they didn't have one. Gave me rain check and no idea when 4 camera system will come in. So now I have to keep going till I get luckey.

I tried to purchase this product at the price it was displayed at yet was told it was wrong and they wouldn't honor the price. That same week they claimed not to have a product in stock yet I could order it online and pay a pick up fee. Absolutely appalling !!! They will be reported for false advertising dnd for charging consumer more than they should for a pickup fee.

Completely Useless After 6 Months — Don't Waste Your Money I honestly regret ever buying this Blink camera. It worked fine for a few months, then out of nowhere the sync module stopped responding, the cameras stopped connecting, and the entire system basically turned into overpriced plastic. Blink's "support" is just a loop of pointless troubleshooting steps that never fix anything. Their final solution? "Buy a new module." So basically, they sell a cheap product that fails fast and then make you spend more just to keep it running. It feels like a planned money trap, not a security system. If you're buying this for actual home protection, you're better off installing a cardboard cutout — at least that won't pretend to work and then die six months later. This is honestly one of the worst companies I've purchased from. Extremely unreliable, extremely frustrating, and absolutely not worth the investment.
