Good For The Price
This is very comfy and easy to put together. I do wish the seats were just a little bit deeper. They're fine for sitting, but if you're trying to lounge I would definitely get the ottoman so you have more room to spread out. Also, the fabric is a little more gray than in the pictures. But overall I ...

Delivery service was abismal
The couch is great. Cushions and legs are hidden in the bottom of each piece. My issue is with the delivery service that BJs uses. This item required a signature for delivery. The delivery driver delivered it to the wrong place and never came to my door, never got any signature. My neighbor even saw...
Customers say
Overall sentiment is genuinely mixed, balancing strong praise for comfort, appearance, and value against repeated serious issues with missing or defective parts and problematic delivery/pickup fulfillment. Many reviewers also found assembly manageable but noted seat depth and fabric color differences versus photos.

This is a well made sectional that is warm and comfortable. Amazing quality for the price point.
Gorgeous couch
This is a gorgeous couch - get lots of compliments on it! Do want to mention as I was surprised but the cushions are connected to the couch and do not disconnect. It was hard to order as out of stock.

Very comfortable and great looking.
Delivery service was abismal
The couch is great. Cushions and legs are hidden in the bottom of each piece. My issue is with the delivery service that BJs uses. This item required a signature for delivery. The delivery driver delivered it to the wrong place and never came to my door, never got any signature. My neighbor even saw him and told him where it was supposed to go and he just said "okay" and left it there. Completely unprofessional. I had to take everything out of the boxes and carry everything all the way to my place one by one. It's even more infuriating that I was forced to leave a $50 tip when he didn't complete the delivery. I would've given this 5 stars if it was delivered properly. I would recommend the e couch, only if you have the ability to pick it up yourself.
Love the sectional (and the ottoman too)

Arranging p/u was a challenging nightmare. We love the sectional (and the ottoman too)! Easy to assemble, comfortable, and perfect for our needs. We've received compliments from many of our house guests since purchasing. We would purchase again and recommend it to others.

A comfortable couch that's larger than you think . Easy to put together. Very happy with the purchase. I saw similar couches that cost more. Just know the actual instructions and pillows are in the back of the couch. I'd buy it again at this price if needed.

Very comfortable, all sections and parts were in the boxes. Have patience while assembling it. It will be worth your time.
Truly the Worst Experience I've Ever Had
The couch delivered with only one half of the couch. I have spent 3 weeks and 4+ hours on the phone trying to get the other half or a return processed with no response. Filed a dispute with my CC co.
