First time I had to work on a brand new computer!

    Submitted 4 months ago

    By Pete Moss

    From NY

Home use, for the wife. Browse online pay bills ect. First thing could not get the computer out of safe mode. Did some research and needed to completely update to get out of "S" mode. 3 hrs later, fully updated still wouldn't go out of safe mode! Incase you are not familiar you can't use any program outside of Windows chosen few. So then you have to run the Windows repair tool (on a brand new computer) After all this I did get it out of S mode, It is a great computer.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend
