Most Liked Negative Review
Pulsating, high-pitched fan noise not worth it!
As someone who doesn't buy laptops very frequently (my current one is going on eight years) I really wanted to like this laptop enough to keep it. Customers say
Overall sentiment is mostly positive, with many reviewers praising portability, speed for everyday work, and a backlit keyboard. The main recurring complaints are persistent fan noise (sometimes loud/high-pitched) and occasional hardware/quality issues like touchpad problems, screen blur, and mismatched screen specs.

This product has been my favorite since I first started using it. I love HP products because the screen is very clean and smooth and you can easily see the work without having to worry about getting dirty.

I have always enjoy using the HP Laptop. I had one years ago and it held up longer than the brand that my son had. It's quite nice in size, can travel easily with me, in my work case, great bluish color and the set-up was so easy. All of the extras features make it so much fun to use. Exploring all of the areas of this awesome laptop makes me never want to get off of it. So much to do with on it.

Perfect size, very lightweight, set up was a pain but doable...
Plug and play or work!
I like to the price. However, when I received my order I was disappointed that I was sold the display model. Quality assurance gets zero stars from me:(
