Turn meat every 5 minutes until desired doneness is achieved and meat is golden brown. 4. Average cooking time is 15 to 20 minutes. 5. For rare degree of doneness check meat after 10 minutes. Serving preparation: 1. Place meat on cutting board and slice thin across the grain with sharp knife. 2. Place slices on plate and pour excess juices over slices.
