I tried several different ways of grilling these steaks and they still tasted dry and had a terrible texture and taste. I would never recommend anyone buy these steaks . Tasted more like liver.

Don't think there worth the price. Not even sure if there grass fed steaks . One steak came with a huge piece of sinew running thru the majority of steak
