Cute product BJs customer service awful
Ordered 2 got 1. By the time I went through the process of calling numerous times, emails, finally a refund and ordering again, the tree I bought as a xmas gift got here late with nothing but an oh, sorry from BJs. Wont let me add a photo to review either. Website stinks as well as customer serv...

Overall sentiment is mostly positive, with reviewers praising how realistic the palm looks, how easy it is to assemble, and how well the lights perform for outdoor or year-round decor. The main drawback mentioned is a serious order/customer-service issue for one shopper, including receiving only one of two items and delays for a gift.

I am enjoying this tree 🌴

It's owning a cat friendly, another words both cats just lay under it and look outside at the squirrels. It doesn't take up too much room. The lights are spaced out nicely. I have a disability and I got it up by myself, no pain or next day regrets. It doesn't own the room.

Great tree to liven up the holidays

Set up the palm tree as a gift to my son. Very pretty lit up. Not your traditional Xmas tree but being Puerto Rican I'd thought we have a little fun.
Very Cool Tropical Addition to our Sunroom

We bought this as a novel Christmas tree. but after we put it up we decided to leave it up as permanent decor. It's that nice. You need to fluff up the greens but after you do that it looks really good. Plenty of lights. We get many compliments from visitors. Very solid base.

Beach Dreams for Christmas
Verified Buyer
I used the lighted palm tree for a Christmas tree. Beach theme ornaments and poinsettias on the branches gave it a festive look. Pleased with quality and the price.
Really adorable Christmas decoration for my lanai.
