The TV was delivered several days late versus what was promised. The screen was shattered when I opened the package. Returning the TV took another week for BJ's to pick it up. Then it took another two weeks for BJ's to issue a refund. They had no interest in expediting the process and when the return got delayed by their own shipping company, the took no steps to track it down. I had to do all the legwork with the shipping company to get it back to them. I spent many hours on many days on the phone with BJ's customer service, escalated the problem to supervisors, all with no resolution. I escalated to management with zero call-back or response. After four weeks, I finally got a refund for the TV. And then, BJ's had the audacity to not refund the service plan cost! Why would I want the service plan if I no longer had the TV? After additional calls and escalation, BJ's finally agreed to refund the service plan cost.
