recently purchased a Sealy mattress from BJ's Wholesale Club in Revere, MA, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The mattress is incredibly comfortable and supportive—it made a noticeable difference in my sleep from the very first night. It has the perfect balance of softness and support, a...

BUYER BEWARE - VERY SOFT AND UNRETURNABLE WHEN OPENED
It was easy to set up with a helper. Very heavy but I expected that. I purchased this bed for my father, 80+ years young. The mattress is too soft for him. He has a hard time getting out of the bed. Basically, has to rock back and forth to use momentum to get out of the bed. You cannot ret...
Customers say
Overall sentiment is mostly positive, with many reviewers describing the mattress as comfortable, luxurious, and good value—often soft in a way that helps sleep quality and reduces aches. At the same time, a notable minority report it feels softer than advertised (including “medium firm” reading as soft), performance/firmness concerns for durability, and some serious issues like defective sizing and difficulty getting returns after opening.

Firmness wrong. Apparently an ongoing Sealy issue

Online Sealy, says it a Medium firmness. Upon arrival, the box said Soft firmness, and we found it to be very soft. Google confirmed its a known issue with Sealy. Not BJs fault We returned it for a refund.

Comments about Sealy 12" Queen Memory Foam Mattress
I knew this was soft based on reviews but I guess I underestimated how soft it would be. I am not unhappy with the mattress at all but I will have to get something else to firm it up a bit.

Comments about Sealy 12" Queen Memory Foam Mattress
This mattress is everything I was looking for. It inflated to its recommended height. While it does say firm, after reading the other reviews about it being soft was what I was looking for. I wanted a softer mattress and I got just that. This mattress did not take long for my body to adjust to a new mattress. It's been great since day 1 of sleeping on it.
Very comfortable mattress

Comments about Sealy 12" Queen Memory Foam Mattress
I opened the bed in a box and as soon as I cut the wrap open it rose immediately but I waited the recommended time of 72 hours for it to fully rise to the 12 inches. Very comfortable mattress

Comments about Sealy 12" Queen Memory Foam Mattress
We have had Sealy in the past, as well as other brands, and they have always been 9good. The one we purchased here was on sale for a great price, however our reviews are split. My husband love loves our soft queen size, and I need something firmer. The bed looks nice, and appears to be well made, but I would make sure if you're a couple that it works for both of you. We purchased this one in a box at the store, so even though the price was excellent, and the service was great, I probably would not not buy one in a box unless there was a return policy. So, with us, one great review, and one a little less than.
Very comfy
