The Segura Viudas estate, La Heredad, is located just outside of Barcelona in the renowned Penedès winemaking region. In 1959, Segura Viudas began producing Cava with indigenous white grape varietals, using the time-honored método tradicional. Our Reserva Heredad was created to offer an elegant and versatile premium sparkling wine. Only the very best wines are selected from each vintage, then aged in bottle in contact with the lees for more than 30 months.

Lightly smoky opening aromas with touches of biscuit and hints of honey and flower petals
The palate is excellent, fruity and full of flavor with dried fruits delivering a delightful sense of abundance

I had this for NYE and it was pretty good. I probably paid too much for it for the quality, but overall it was pretty good. Not great, but pretty good and pairs well with a beef dish with some spice to it.
