I've been sleeping on this mattress for a little less than a month and so far while it's an improvement from my last mattress its hard to tell how it will feel longer term. The cooling seems fine and it's not as firm as my last mattress which was what I wanted. The big issue I have is that it says the measurements is the exact same as my previous mattress but it does not fit in my bed frame. There are very visible gaps all around the bed unfortunately. I'm remaining hopeful that with more time the bed will feel fine as opposed to it just being new.

Full mattress measured out length correctly but it was only 49 inches wide.. left a pretty eye sore of a gap on my bed frame. It is comfortable however.

I hate to say this because I've had other Serta mattress before but Not as comfortable as we expected , it sinks just not good at all.

I've had the Serta Five Star 12" Plush Pillow Top mattress (king size) for about a month now, and I can honestly say I'm extremely happy with it. I'll admit—I was pretty skeptical when I ordered it. Buying a mattress without trying it first felt risky, and I worried it might be too soft or not supportive enough. I'm so glad I was wrong. From the very first night, it felt comfortable and cozy without sinking too much. The plush pillow top gives that "ahhh" feeling when you lay down, but it still has great support. I wake up feeling rested, and I've noticed way less tossing and turning compared to my old mattress. After a full month of sleeping on it, I can confidently say this mattress has lived up to (and honestly exceeded) my expectations. If you're on the fence like I was, I totally get it—but for me, this turned out to be a great decision and I'm really happy I took the chance. Would definitely recommend! 😊
