1st time was a breeze; clean and fresh results!
Bought this a month ago. Easy to set up and use. Cleaning solution and dirty water tanks need to be refilled/emptied throughout the process, which is expected as this is not a large, commercial unit! It signals when dirty water tank is full, but not when cleaning solution tank is empty; you will hav...

Shenanigans
I bought this a month ago and probably should have stayed a hoover customer. It was canceled 3 times and re-ordered by shark due to stocking issues. Then I finally received it and it's missing a vital part. So I still don't know how it works
Customers say
Overall sentiment is mostly positive, with many reviewers praising strong suction, effective stain removal (especially for pet messes), and easy handling. However, a recurring set of complaints—small tanks/frequent draining, occasional poor suction or leaking, and side-vent water spraying—can undermine results and create extra cleanup.

My last Shark Stain Stainer stopped working and I called about my warranty. The customer service rep that helped me upgraded me to this shark and I am loving it. My carpets look so much better and smell amazing I have no complaints with this new one .
I wish I purchased the pet hair carpet cleaner

This is a replacement of one that I had purchased previously that stopped dispensing water/solution. I love this machine, so easy to operate whether you are carpet cleaning, spot cleaning or using the upholstery tool. The solutions work very well. I have 3 cats who often make messes and this is a life saver. I also love how my carpet doesn't feel overly saturated and it dries within 4-6 hours!
More than you'd expect.

I have a medically complex kiddo who's still in diapers and a senior dog who's entering diapers. I needed a workhorse but something that was feasible for my home. I've always been a Shark Vacuum lover so I bought my first Shark Carpet Cleaner. Here's my thoughts. No paid advertising, I bought it full price with my money. I'm just simply this impressed. The pet tool for urine. Game changer. The tanks yes they are smaller but I'll take emptying a tank an extra few times for the power of this machine. Not having a button to push to spray takes some getting used to but the dry mode again. Game changer. The force of the water and then the suction cuts through it all. Also, if you are scent sensitive as I am please note it's a soft citrus scent. Smells good without giving me a headache. Attaching a photo of a part of the rug that I cleaned and I left the rest dirty. See the difference.
Great cleaner one drawback
