I have been smoking/grilling ribs for years and have tried many different varieties (St. Louis, Baby Back etc.) these were the very best we have ever used! They were well packaged and by far and away the meatiest ribs I have ever purchased. I smoked them and finished on the grill and they were delicious! We usually split a rack and wound up cutting them in thirds because they were so meaty!
