I use it every day it's my living room tv so it seems to be holding up really well. Quality is good for the price. Ofcourse it's not like an OLED tv so don't be fooled but it's still a really nice tv.

The company that was to deliver the TV was awful! I received notice it was delayed. After waiting weeks and calling numerous times I was beyond frustrated. Also before receiving this TV I was billed on my credit card for it. I could not cancel the order, was told all I could do was wait for the delivery and refuse it when they delivered it. Now I have to wait for up to 10 days to wait for the credit! I was told numerous times from the delivery company they would call me soon, then told they would email or text. Never happened in the time period promised. Still waiting for the credit to show on my account. I'll have to pay for it this month and wait for credit on next months bill! I would not recommend ordering online

Everything you need to know
Shipping - option to ship to address is a terrible choice as the contract shipment agency BJs uses often loses packages. Ours was "on its way" for 4 week, and we tried to reach out to them multiple times until we asked them to admit that it was lost. Then the shipment was cancelled and we picked it up from the store. The BJs employees were of great help throughout the process! TV installation - took us about 30 minutes to get it out of the box and open Youtube. Picture Quality - The contrast is pretty good, can view darker scenes which are difficult to capture. I like the vividness too, it is not too much and makes videos look natural. Processing speeds + commands - it is FAST, pair it with a good stable internet connection and you are good. The voice commands, and the shortcuts to apps on the remote are fantastic! #sweepstakes

First time having a tv with google as it's smart functionality and I do like its processing speed and it's Home Screen layout is nice. I will say though there are some apps I cannot download that I could on the Roku like Xfinity stream and the beta version of games is not available on Netflix. Regardless this tv was priced really well and certainly an upgrade.
reboot?
It reboots a lot. You have to disable all internet access on the TV, and then it stops rebooting. I tried wifi and a direct network cable, and when either is in use, it reboots or freezes. When it freezes, you have to unplug it and wait a minute. I use it as a monitor only, and it works fine as long as the TV is not connected to the internet.
