we buy this cut at home frequently. It is very economical to us. We grill it. It has some bone, enough of meat, and some fat to grill without getting too dry. It comes packaged for a price of about a little bit more than 10 bucks. Our family of four get two meals out of that, sometimes more if we make it stew with beans.

Product was the usual bait and switch, decent looking pork chops on the top but when you open the package the ones below included alot of fatty meat, NOT center cut chops!!
