    Too many sticks

    I've purchased this many times in the past. My most recent bag has a ton of sticks and long seeds mixed in. It also has a lot of clumps, like it got wet at some point. The non-chia seeds taste really bad if you miss one when you add the chia to other things. I am very nervous to buy this ever again.

    I have been using chia seeds daily for over a year now and find it extremely helpful in managing weight as well as overall health. They are a great source of plant based protein and fibre.
