I used to buy this skirt many times at at BJ's. It had just enough fat very flavorful it was a bit overpriced but was a good steak. Today Is very dirty with lots of thick fat and the last package that I bought from BJ's was 40 plus dollars and it had 13.3 ounces of fat. I am going to have to go else...

Price could be better but quality is great! Its necessary to clean up the skirt steak and remove a lit of fat and waste making the true price for usable product considerably high, but I will still continue to buy it.
