I loved this. It was big enough that I could split it in two. One was a traditional roast, one was a traditional pot roast. Both came out great. I believe that was because I had a great piece of meat to start with. Very happy with this purchase.

I threw in the crockpot with some seasonings and beef broth for 6 hours and served with mashed potatoes and it was delicious. Used the leftover meat in some taco shells the next day. It was the perfect size meat and I will look for it again my next shopping trip.
