It didnt expand to the size i ordered

I ordered a 13 inch thick king size mattress. I let my mattress expand for over a week and it is only 11 inches. My husband and i went to extra trouble to insure we would end up with the height we needed, not too low, not too high. With this problem we had to order a different frame to make up the difference in size. We are pretty disappointed in zinus.
Quality but not firm for me

This mattress is good quality, it's not just good for me. I needed something firm and this firmness is not any better.than the one I want to replace. My body still aches.

Bought this for my son as he was recently divorced and got the shaft on the furniture. He seems to love it and says just what he likes sleeping on.

I was a bit worried about buying a mattress I had not tested in person, but , we got it and SO glad we did, its so nice and firm , yet very comfortable, we have had it a little over a month now and still in perfect shape. I wish I would have bought this years ago.

The mattress was delivered on time, it was a bit heavy but i just rolled it over to the new bed frame. I wish it would've said which side is which before unrolling it but it slowly inflated so it was easy to maneuver into the correct orientation. After just a few nights of sleeping on it I am so pleasantly surprised at how firm yet soft the mattress is. I am typically a stomach or back sleeper but also do side sleeping so I really needed something that would be firm yet have the ability to be cradling. I also have two great dane mix dogs and cannot feel them jump on or off the bed!

I have been buying the hybrid mattress for almost 20 years. I have tried other family's mattresses and I always think "I can't wait to sleep on mine" great quality and durability. I switched to full instead of queen just because I wanted more space around my large bedroom set. Amazing mattress. I recommend it to all family and friends (if they ask)
Sound sleep - Happy!

After the time allotted to fully inflate this bed is amazing. Firm yet comforting. My body is sensitive and before on other beds I might wake up with body aches. However, since sleeping on this bed I sleep sound and wake up refreshed with no pain. So very happy!!! Thank you
